These are available with a choice in the filtration techniques i.e. Surface or Depth Filtration, though the selection and application of filter media be it conventional needlefelts, microfiber needlefelts or even spunbonded filter media with required finishes / coatings to meet the emission standards or even better the performance for product recovery type of application, as the requirement demands.
The same filtration media selection option is available for the CV – conventional cylindrical bags while designing the Fabric Filter System across temperatures ranging from ambient up to 260°C, with the optional inclusion of the Nirafon Acoustic Cleaning Systems to achieve better and uniform cleaning for better pressure drop across the Fabric Filter; and above all reducing the mechanical stress upon filter bags aiding improvement of bag life and replacement costs.
